Brandi Dimas received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNLV in 2013 and her Masters of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from University of South Alabama in 2017. She started her nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care unit and Cardiac Intensive Care unit in which she fell in love with the pediatric population and their acute and sometimes severe illnesses. She loves her career and takes pride in being awarded “The Daisy award for extraordinary nurses” and “The March of Dimes Nurse of the Year award.” Later her primary focus became pediatric emergency medicine and recently transitioned to pediatric primary care. She is excited and looking forward to understanding growth and development in healthy kids, assessing kids with chronic medical conditions, in addition to continuing to evaluate acutely ill kids in the primary setting.

She has one three-year-old son in which they love to listen to and sing music, karaoke, read, spend time at the parks and outdoors, and hang out with friends and family. She has a silly personality and loves to make others laugh.
